What we're looking for
Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide first and high level end-user IT supports, such as installation and deployment of workstations, installation of software and hardware devices;
-
Provide installation, preventive and proactive maintenance, repair service for customers;
-
Provide support and solution to end-users;
-
Work closely with Sales and Engineers to ensure successful project rollout.

Install patches / upgrades, and perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment as needed according to available product specifications / manuals;

Prepare Document troubleshooting steps;

Follow up the service issue with vendor over the phone or email.
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
-
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experiences (Fresh Graduate will be considerate as Technical Support)

Experiences in managing Windows 7 / 10 Client, AD & Terminal server services, VMware ESXi & VCenter.

Basic knowledge in Cisco Router & Switch setup.

ITIL knowledge
-
Certified MCP, MCSE, VCP in an advantage

Experiences in cloud infrastructure in an advantage

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Good Team player
